No problem. Break into the Seed Bank thingy in Antarctica. Which, of course, requires guns. There's a wide variety of plants that grow just fine in polluted soil. If it's a problem with radioactive contamination, be careful which plants you grow--some species absorb a lot more radioactive crap from the soil than others. I forget most of the specifics, but I think lettuce is one of the worst ones.
