Katapraktaori would be a nice UU BUT I still think that Byzantium is represented by Rome. Rome's name is not Western Roman Empire, but Rome. That covers both Eastern Roman Empire and Western Roman Empire

edit: But look at the bright sides We have eliminated the Hittites. I never liked them in Civ III

Hah yeah I just miss Theodora and I they seemed so happy in CIV 3 I really want to see that back again , maybe as their THIRD Expansion and they run out of Civilizations
