This is why I've lobbied to have more of the extra events made core, because for every user that asks a question about it or finds out there are 10+ who don't know and have a sub-optimal experience. The more balanced events added into the main mod the better imo.?? Really ??

I had a runaway in 2 previous games and it was crazy runaways, 5 policies and 10-12 techs ahead of every other AIGazebo, something I've noticed the last four games is... no runaways. Based on the sampling, I think we can say there's definite progress in that area.

Can you also explain this? Eng, Swe and Ned get their monopoly bonus controlling 4 out of 8 total resources, I don't get it with 1 out of 2. It might be cheap but afterall it's 50% for everybody. Is it
Yep I wait for 1 era and then Manila offered me whole 4 influence points after I got an embassy in Amsterdam. Then asked me to build 2 markets... for some production and again 0 influence. Let just say those guys are trolling me.
Having exactly 50% is enough to trigger the monopoly, I guess as long as nobody else controls the other 50%.
