The U.S.C. is willing to allow a Nekomi Representative to observe proceedings but at this time does not feel that a multi-faction tribunal is necessary for the prosecution of the nations of Earth. It is in the interests of the people of Earth for their malefactors to be given a fair and detailed but expedient trial--differing views of justice and politicking must not be allowed into the equation. It is the intent of the U.S.C. to use the self-same guidelines of the U.P.N.C.S. charter which these offenders have violated to prosecute them for their crimes.
We will agree to investigate the embezzlement of aide funds transfered to Sol over the past few years to determine whether they are recoverable, and are willing to take on investigators from concerned factions which have made such contributions, should they be willing to provide them.
Regarding punishment for the crimes of the guilty, those will be assigned as justified following their trials, should they be found complicit in the crimes they are accused of. Punishment shall fit the crime but we make no guarantees as to the sentencing advised by the jury that will be assembled at this time.
With regard to the trial location, we are currently investigating secure positions on Earth for processing.

This is acceptable to us. The other proposed trades involve technologies we cannot trade, however, we will consider further purchases.

As such, we wish to inform all factions that Sol space is now considered to be in a state of armed vigilance, and the transit of any military vessels not belonging to U.S.C. space forces through Sol is now explicitly prohibited until such time as aforementioned conditions are met.

The U.S.C. intends to allow the people of Sol, and not foreigners who are unaware of its conditions, to decide their own fate. If that is independence, so be it, but it is their choice to decide--not that of the Confederation or anyone else. We did not liberate the people of Earth from a tyranny of force to simply subject them to a tyranny of opinion. The powers that be in the galaxy would do well to keep that in mind.
Furthermore, we have at every opportunity demonstrated our willingness for transparency in our politicial processes. If the Confederation is so concerned, then perhaps it should send a delegation to witness them.

Understandibly, should Sol choose otherwise, we would welcome such a decision with open arms. That is also why we emphasized such fairness in government

OOC: No, they are not. NDA's are a SEPERATE deal. if sombody dose nto want their tech spread around or traded, then they need to SAY SO. I have assumed, and WILL ALWAYS ASSUME that if a person trades me a technolgy and dose nto spcificly Tell me not to trade it, or has opnely stated that they do not want it their techs to be traded, I will trade it to anyone I want. I have Place ONE NDA in this entire NES, and that was toward only one faction and only on one tech. not ONE Single Tech I have Recived in trade, from anyone, has had an NDA placed on it toward me. can you please point out which tech of mine has an NDA on it? since I recived Or research NO technolgies this turn.
