No, I have all of those too, I just mention France, Austria Hungary and the Ottoman Empire have never/rarely gotten orders before, so it is notable that they are sending them this time.

Depends on exact origin. Moscow, for instance, has always been ridiculously warm compared to what we have here.
Also, I agree that it's a shame about updates taking so long, though I think I lost my right to complain about that a while ago.
