Just rolled a new Egypt game and Babylon beat me to the Pyramids, though this time about 20 turns in just after I discovered Masonry
 
Tried to play a game as England: CTD before i even spawned

Tried to play a game as Greece: Babylon beats me on Goal 1 and 3 AND finished the Oracle, resulting into a CTD because the Oracle was meant for Greece

9/10 not enough crashes

How was the Oracle built in Babylon? It requires coastal access.

As for the tech and wonder goals, I'm going to be working on modifiers after the next update.

I think i know why: You may have put the requirements to have Coast in the city cross, not on having coast access.

I didn't make the requirements, @citis did. Though the fact that the Babylonians are even able to build it is all my doing. So it normally would not have reached the point where it could crash without me.
 
Man, i really wanna go try your mod, but starting with THREE goals failed is silly.

The next update is very close to release, I just have to ensure the Library of Ashurbanipal is working and set up the UHVs for Assyria. I have already balanced tech rates to a rough approximation of appropriate, so the THREE goals issue should be fixed by the next update.

As for the number of starting legions, that change was made by @citis, though I agree with it. It makes it so that Greek players have to work up their infrastructure before taking Babylonia, hopefully leading to taking it actually being a challenge. If after the next update it's still too difficult to complete the UHV, I'll restore the number of starting legions.

Yes, I'm adding Assyria to the game

UP: The Power of Rebuilding (Tentative Name) - Buildings are not destroyed in conquered cities. (Tentative Description)
UU: Battering Ram - Replaces Catapult -1 Strength Unlocked at Leverage (2 Tiers Early)
UB: Garden - Replaces Amphitheater +2 Health

Core: Babylonia, Susa, and Assur (Ninua)
UHVs are ripped straight from @Steb's suggestions, as are the majority of this, as you can see.

Also a new wonder is being added, the Library of Ashurbanipal, which is stolen from @Leoreth's suggestions.

This new civ addition is making me wonder if I should try my hand at making an Iroquois modmodmod...
DO IT! I've made nearly the entirety of Assyria in a single day. I started around 9 this morning and now it's 8:30 and I would have been done an hour ago if a certain C++ exception wouldn't have appeared. Anyways, I just got home after driving back from my mom's and trying out the debug build testing thingy Leoreth was talking about.

Once the Assyrians are added, the Hittites will come immediately after.

Also Troy.
 
Just tried and it doesn't seem to crash for me. I'm not sure what to do.
I delete the whole BalanceandCiv modmod, and Git Clone it from beginning. This time it crash in 610ad, the last turn before Arabia spawns...Still Arab, 300ad scenerio and normal speed.

It might have something to do with the fact that you're using a Chinese version. I'll roll a couple more Arabian spawns in the morning just in case, but if I can't reproduce it and you're reproducing it every time, it may be an issue that I can't fix with the version I have.
 
Can you post screenshots for Assyria when it's done? I'm curious how it turned out.

Deleted BlueMarble and it works regularly, lol
