NOTW LV: The Underground (Game Thread)

Zack seems much too hard on poor Really. If we're going to stick together and win this war, we all need to respect one another.

How was Zack being hard on really? It seemed like he was questioning Jarrema's hardness on really to me. Is your head on straight, landlubber?

robbiecon, because what's a clockwork golem? What are you, the flavor-flav of golems?

Guys: Historical precendent shows that if we don't lynch anyone, we'll never find the perpetrators. We can't just all vote for someone with 0 votes, and make it a ~20 way tie in the end.

unvote: vote: Bsmith1068 per RNG amonsgt the voted-for people

Are user created QTs allowed in this game?

Only if you send me the link :) To my mind, they're just an extension of PMs, so they're fine.

You have a point here, spaceman.

But everybody jumping on a BSmith wagon just because you say we need a lynch is (i) unlikely to happen, (ii) unlikely to net a scumbag even if it did happen, and (iii) unlikely to provide much info gain unless it actually nets scum.

At this stage, I'd wager that lynching you is slightly more likely to happen and also more likely to yield useful information (in both cases, because it's a response to content rather than an unverifiable random choice claim). And given that I find your point essentially neutral at this stage of proceedings (earlier on, I might have given you town cred for sticking your neck out, but it's come too late for that), I wouldn't say it's any more likely that we'll net scum by lynching BSmith than by lynching you.

I will likely be in a car at day's end. If someone dies, then the night will end 24 hours after I post the Evening update. Otherwise, it will end at 8 pm on Friday EDT.

If you have a sick role PM me so I can live through your antics

roles that are not cool feel free not to apply

Winston, have you forgotten poor john?

I also don't really follow your reasoning behind the spaceman vote, unless you're just being a smartass. :p

I’m confused. What am I missing here?

He's sad about being lynched on the .org :p Hope there aren't any hard feelings Visor, it wasn't personal.

Also, I find Zack's accusation on Winston really weird. Spaceman tries to start real discussion, Winston responds with real discussion, and Zack... contributes nothing to the discussion and votes semi-randomly after already having placed one useless accusation on Jarrema? It seems counter-productive.

That's what I was assuming, but you know what they say when you assume.... :p

With Spaceman trying to get a real wagon going on BSmith, lynching either of them could provide useful info on the flip.

unvote, vote: Spaceman

Winston's "real discussion" was nonsensical. Why is he trying to protect BSmith? His vote for spaceman is just silly. Your point here is faux-helpful. After all of the useless, random votes today, why single me out for one that you admit wasn't even completely random (and for the record, I did not vote Jarrema)? Especially considering that you placed a random joke vote on me. You're just grasping at straws to try and justify your vote.

FOS: landlubber

Because if Space flips scum, BSmith is (prolly) innocent. lol

It works the other way, too. It just seems silly to me, like "let's lynch this random person" --> "no let's lynch you!".
