They're the cause of this whole mess and they're not town. If you've been honestly asking this the whole time and not scum, well, it just wasn't the time for it because it should be rather obvious here they are scum we have to eliminate. So you sound like you're covering for yourself and your allies, even if that wasn't your intention.
It's too late now to really change much, though I will note you didn't actually provide something rock-solid in your defense to make it worth a try either. The sort of thing you or anyone needs on a future day is like something of substance, "this is a guarantee of what I've been doing at night so I'm not doing scum stuff at the same time."
If you are with us though, sorry about the unfortunate lynch but the most immediately useful thing you could still do to help is transfer your item over to civplayah (or another townie if you must) rather than letting it slide up to vote a day later.
