New Alliances
In London, George V of Britain , Constantine I of Greece, Wilhelm II of Germany, and Gustav IV of Sweden have signed a landmark agreement, the Quadruple Alliance, to shake the balance of power in Europe. The former Pact of Steel in the Great War has been rebuilt, and scared eyes look at the new power block. Eager to protect their interests, the Austrians and Russians have also signed an alliance, but the Quadruple Alliance strikes fear into many a heart.

America reunified
In a surprising move, the Confederate States of America have unified with their northern brethren of the USA. While in the north, wild celebrations have occurred, as George V was crowned the first King of the United Confederate States of America in the old capital of Washington. However, this has not gone well with the people in the south, as some areas have rebelled, and an independent Texas has formed. Efforts have been made to suppress them, but none successful.. Other areas have rebelled but none are as large as Texas.

Belize Sold
In an auction between the USCA and Mexico, the British have sold their small piece of Central America to the USCA. This has caused celebrations in the USCA, as the people believe this is the first step in becoming a force to be reckoned with.

New Economic plan for Mexico
Estado Novo has taken the country by storm! The new economic plan is shifting Mexico’s place from a Resource cow and an agricultural nation to a industrial and trading power. Roads are becoming better maintained, mining output has been increased, agriculture has become more mechanized, electricity has been generated, and more. That is not all that has been done though, Bureaucracy has been lessened, schools have been built, and worker rights have been implemented. All of this has seen a sharp increase in immigration, as Americans, Texans, Britons, and more have been immigrating to Mexico, bringing with them more ideas, jobs, as well as foreign investments.

USCA Invaded!
Due to an insult to the Mexican Emperor by the Central American ambassador, as well as threats of annexation, the Mexican Empire declared war on the USCA! The Mexicans assaulted in two quick stages. First, troops from over the border they shared swarmed in and overran the small Americano defenses. The Americanos were no better at sea, and the Mexican navy, led by the flag ship, “El Agustin” destroyed the Americano navy. The Mexicans landed, and have crushed most of the country. The president has barricaded himself in the city, for it is clear he will be executed by the Mexicans for his insult.

Spanish Civil War
In February, the Communist armies stampeded through Commonwealth occupied Spain. The Commonwealth surrendered, and the wealthy disappeared into the night. Meanwhile, the British landed in Spain to take the Pyrenees after heavy fighting from the Nationalists. The Nationalists, desperate, declared Tsar Nicholas II’s youngest daughter, Anastasia, Queen of Spain. Russian equipment has aided the flow of battle, and the Nationalist movement has forced the British to fall back. Poison Gas has proved itself in battle, and the Communist and British troops have Madrid is bombed by Nationalist Artillery, and the city is expected to fall soon. Many high ranking Communist Officials are upset, as they believe that Deprezi is more concerned about improving life now, than winning the war. British citizens in Gibraltar are worried, as they feel the Nationalists will occupy them.

Rioters in Yugoslavia
In Yugoslavia, Croatians and other minorities protested Yugoslavian existence, and demanded a united Balkans. The protesters were arrested, and the leaders executed. They appeared to be funded by Germany, but no conformation is available.

Greece Expands
In a small transaction, the British sold the Greek islands which had been under their rule for over half a century, Save for half the island of Crete, Greece is united with her islands for the first time since the Ottoman conquests in the 15th century.

Franco-Belgian War
The French are eager to prove themselves after a humiliating defeat in the Great War. So, after careful planning, the French Army invaded. The French were stopped, and suffered for any ground they took, but the Belgians were not to succeed. The French defeated them, and their King and navy has fled to The Netherlands. In Belguim, local Patriots have been inflicting casualties upon their occupiers.

African News Report
Angola Attacked!
Forces from the Boer Republic invaded Communist Occupied Angola, The Spanish Colonials were overrun, and all but a small part of Spanish Africa is now occupied. While the Europeans rejoice, the Africans are upset, as they were gaining rights in Africa. A small force holds Africa, and the Spaniards hope that British forces arrive soon.

Austro Turk War
The Austrian Emperor, eager to make a Byzantine Empire rebuilt, has invaded the Turks. The Turks, trying to rebuild their shattered economy were completely surprised, and the Austrians overran their army. The Turk Navy was destroyed, and while guerilla forces have held the capital, the Russians have attacked from the east. No surrender has been asked for yet.

Persia invaded!
Persia has been invaded by Russia! One of the biggest invasions since the Great War, the Russians crushed the tiny Persian army, and swept away their armies like they were sticks. The Persians were destroyed by the Russian rifles, tanks and planes, and were forced to draw back. The Russians had made their intent clear to put Maria, the third daughter of Nicholas II on the throne. The Sunnis have seized the opportunity, and declared loyalty to the Tsarina while seizing Iraq.

China attacked!
In a complete and utter surprise, the Japanese have began the largest sea invasion in the history of Asia! The Japanese started out with sweeping from Korea and rolling through Manchuria. Then, several sea borne invasions have taken key ports. It looked that the empire was to fall apart into civil war, but the Emperor has kept his country united for the time being. There is a large stale mate at the current borders, no inches of ground are given.
