Due to the Japanese invasion of our mainland, by the jurisdiction of the Congress and Executive Office, the Emergency Defense Act of 1923 is now in effect.
Emergency Defense Act of 1923
-Promote Brigadier General Isaac Hayden to Lieutenant General as the first Commandant of United States Marine Corp.
-Promote Lieutenant General Alfred Echels, Major General Alexander Vandergrift, Lieutenant General Tasker Bliss to General.
-Immediate training for Army and Navy Reserve Corps: all male ages between 18-35 must serve in the either Reserve Corp for at least 3 years.
-All families are required to pay Emergency Defense Tax: 3% of additional income tax.
-All companies trading with Japan will halt their operations immediately, and are not allowed to export any materials to Japan.
-Suspension of Freedom of Speech: All those speaking in favor of Japanese or against UCSA's actions against Japan will be subject for trial and investigations for potential treason.
-This act will be in effect until Japanese threat is completely eliminated.
