2. Whereever their ships were, i said join them. We were in a DA, why would it be so hard to sail along with their ships?
3. I didn't have to deal with the Dutch and the English.. this was a surprise attack, how could they react before the US was sunk?

No. However, all the Mexican articles within the city will be relocated to wherever you wish to set up a new capital city. Be glad that we didn't annex you completely. The six month plan is that UCSA will remove military occupation. After that, proper establishments will be set up. Actually, forget about the reparation, just use that to rebuild your government. Also, if you don't feel like it, you don't have to be democracy.

I imagine US ships would be sailing all over the world. And it didnt need to be realistic to intelegent people, it was PROPAGANDA. thus apealing to the masses. if the masses SAW it happen, it DID happen, regardless how stupid it may appear to be. British ships were in the area, so by firing on American ships, the British captains likewise would act in response sinking your ships.

Perhaps you should post your orders here so we can see what is making you so upset? Did you outline whether you wanted merchant ships attacked or warships?
Did you outline specific cities to capture or cut off?
Did you even consider the fact that UCSA is under British protection so their ships would never really leave territorial waters becuase British ships would protect shipping lanes out of American waters, which my ships were doing in the Med. Sea, South China Sea, Altantic Ocean and Pacific Ocean.


And to bring up another point... why did my fleet in the South China Sea or the Indian Ocean not spot the Japanese fleet? Granted my orders did not say anything about the Japanese, but considering I was fighting them in China, I would at least be concerned that they were heading pass/towards my holdings around the world.
