Obama is "Grown-Up Trayvon"?

Not necessarily, and checking the next street over to see if Martin had emerged into the lighted street is plausible.

I have no issue with where Mr. Z went, other than he did not return to his vehicle.

If you say that he just went to look for an address, then he may have just went for an address. What address was he looking for on that street? It makes more sense that he was looking for Martin, not an address.

If it was dark out and I was "paranoid" that a vicious criminal was hiding from me, my first choice would be a lighted street. If I am lucky and the guy was there, I would not have to follow them down a much darker sidewalk. BTW, I am not painting Mr. Z as being paranoid, he keeps drumming the fact Martin was hiding from him, even during the walk through. He even states in his deposition that Martin hid while he was sitting in his vehicle and then came out of the darkness and circled the vehicle before returning to the darkness. According to the 911 call it did not happen like that. His recounting kept growing in detail in his deposition and later walk through.

Martin turned south at the T, thats why Zimmerman stopped there and told the dispatcher he was gone and they started talking about a place to meet the cops.

Your theory was Martin ran home and came back and saw Zimmerman walking toward him. That means you think Zimmerman went south at the T in pursuit of Martin. Problem is we know Martin saw Zimmerman twice while staying out of sight, he would not have run or walked all the way home, turn around and walk all the way back to the T just to say the cracka was back - according to your argument, it was Martin who was back.

If Mr. Z had still been on the phone, he would have also said Martin was back. We know that Mr. Z was not hiding. We do not have any evidence that Martin saw him 2 times after running out of sight. He only saw him back one time.

I did not say that Martin ran home. My theory was he lost sight of Z, because Z stopped at the T. He kept walking and ran out of a place to walk and turned around and headed back north. They both arrived near the T at the same time and were facing each other.

If you can give evidence that he was hiding from the phone conversation with the GF, instead of just walking slowly here and there, then that would convince me Martin was hiding. Just because Mr. Z imagined it does not make it so.

If it helps that Martin was just standing there and talking on the phone, he could have stopped and turned to see if Mr. Z was still walking toward him, but that does not mean he was hiding nor even waiting for Mr. Z to return. Saying he was back, just means that Mr. Z did return and started walking south from the T and was once again in Martins view. Maybe Martin wanted to see if Mr. Z was back in his vehicle or not, who knows? Martin was on the sidewalk and was walking north. Even Mr. Z said that Martin was walking toward him.

If Mr. Z had still been on the phone, he would have also said Martin was back.

He wasn't on the phone when Martin came out of hiding

I did not say that Martin ran home.

You said Martin was near the apartment and went back to the T

My theory was he lost sight of Z, because Z stopped at the T.

Then why did Martin say the cracka was back? According to your logic, it was Martin who was back.

They both arrived near the T at the same time and were facing each other.

Why did it take Zimmerman 2-3 minutes to get to the T from his truck?

It seems the only important thing is that they both were walking toward each other, at the T. Mr. Z was coming back from the east. and Martin was heading north.

It works the other way, too.

"Who said Mr T. was south of the Z?

I like that quote. It has lyrical quality :friendly smile:

The Prince of Hot Air

This is the story, how my life turned round, a wannabe cop who was prison bound.

It all went down on a rainy night, when a tall dark stranger came into my sight.

I was a "cracka" up to no good, sniffing out thugs in my neighborhood.

A normal guy just on his phone, seemed to me, "way out of his zone".

A call to dispatch out of despair. "Why is the creep giving me the stare?"

Out of my vehicle I did go. He took off running, I sure am slow.

Dispatch heard me running, said "That's not right", as my would be quarry ducked out of sight.

What actually happened at the top of the T, as I went east, and the dude went free?

Back to my vehicle I made great haste, when out of the darkness, a sound hit my waist.

A simple question, he did say. Did he want to fight, or just run away?

His punches to me were no fun, so I let him go and went for my gun.

With my head banging on the ground, I pulled the trigger. He sat back saying, "You got me Mr."

Calmly placing the gun in the holster, my mind was reeling like a rollercoaster.

As I pinned him down what would I say, the cops they seemed so far away.

The officer approaching with my hands over head. I heard myself say, "I shot him dead."

My day in court and a heavier derriere, I felt like a prince just full of hot air.

There once was a man named Z
Who stood his ground at the T
He stopped beating his wife
Long enough to take a life
And OJ to not guilty.
