At least i confirmed that my back is covered from that direction(!).
Meanwhile, I ask that U respect our boundary as before.
When i have confirmed your borders & we perhaps opened borders & established a few trade routes.
As U will soon see, we have sailing vessels that can provide such route(s).

There is a stack of archers and spearmen that have appeared south of their borders. They are not escorting a settler. If they continue South for about 3-4 turns they will come to Sitting Bull's border.
So, it is an assumption that they may be heading there. Which would be very good for me (us?).
Hm-m-m, indeed. We may need to speed up our timetable to take advantage. We'll watch for news.
The nosy Zulu/Russ archer has been stopped by our border gaurds & is backing his way out. He will be an easy kill for your Immortal in a couple of turns.

Ugh. Interesting. My bad/dumb.
Don't understand but i did reload when cursor slip changing from special GameofMonth format/screen caused a scout to mis-move into harm's way as soon as this map popped up. Knee-jerk was to reload & then realized that was a no-no thus re-did move that will cost me the scout.
Attached s/b be usable to move on.

Between barbs, forests, & lack of offensive units* at present i cannot pursue much of a campaign. Besides our mutual enemy has built another city in the forest in my face.
*Skirmishers are excellent on defense, but not much good attacking against anything in forests.
I wish U well(?) & envy thee in gaining some cities from that evil empire. With your very appropriate UU it s/b relatively easy against their archers.
I'll jump in when i can generate some offense... around the time we originally discussed.

Don’t know where he’s getting the metal to bild all those spears & axes? We need to capture or destroy his source.

Russian Shaka has left Sitting Bull and are heading to my borders with Spearmen and archers. I am not worried about the archers but my immortals are allergic to their spears. I have also seen one swordsman so far.
Hopefully my copper mine will be connected soon so I can do better than warriors. I have a 3 woodsman warrior that is really wanting to upgrade from a club to one of those fancy new axes we have heard about.
