I don't know if most new people post an intro here or whatever, but since it says introduction I will go ahead:

Hi. I'm Phasmida. I have read CFC for a while for Civ3 info, and glance often at the OT board. So I decided to make an account to actually post with. I live in the USA. Politically speaking, I lean towards the right, although I'm not hardcore either way. My name is the taxonomic name for the praying mantis, which is the coolest looking insect in my opinion.

I may or may not stop. I'm letting my interest for the game hang in the balance. If I really have to, I'll come back to it. (Btw, I got your PM. I'll think about it.)

Hi all, Comrade noncon is back, now with GCSE results, CIV III (2nd hand, 4 Euros, what a cheapo I am! Expect to see me in the CIII fora), and added Sovietability (namely soviet articles I purchased in France :crazyeye: )
 
By official order of my other half, I am taking a week and a bit off to do some serious relaxing and chilling, (that includes a pc free environment). So I will miss out on upcoming threads such as, "Is M Moore a repressed closet republican?", "Why do you never see a baby pigeon?" and "Why are tuna friendly to dolphins?"

Don't normally sign here but I'll make an exception. I'm off for the weekend. Going to Stockholm to participate in a relay race over 5x5 km. I'm running the last lap. :) Wish me luck (so that I may survive).

@betazed: I'm not entirely sure what you read into my post, but I was simply saying I'd like to visit Stockholm again; it's a beautiful city, I was born there, but except going thru it on the way to and from the airport, I've not been there for almost two years now. Unfortunately, I'll not have the time to go there for at least several weeks yet.

Edit: Ah, you were refering to the Nobel prize. Please excuse my temporary bout of stupidity. :crazyeye:
