This SG seems to be dying, so how about making it an Open SG? Play 10 without any commitment or joining. Don't care about play level. Don't feel you might "wreck the game." At least the game will be played at all .

I've got it, will play today. I have a couple of questions. I take it the next town should be SW of Verulamium on the river. Which is the best spot? I'd like to go 4 tiles but that would be on a bg. Also with so much empty land to fill I'd like to switch Camulodunum to a settler (love those names).

I'd suggest CXXXC spacing, even if it means settling on a BG, so ICSing can be done later.

I'd even consider going all the way across in OCP (CxxxxC) for that one. Settling on BG's is bad for the Karma
