It is, though still some more work could be done. Like i've loaded up the UK in 1939 (playing Germany grand campaign, just about to pound Poland on the historic date) and they are only building infrantry and destroyers! Will play a few more months later and see what they are doing when I start pounding their allies.HoI beta 1.3 is a gigantic improvement
Johan posted this morning to say they are working on adressing the issues with the lastest HOI3 Beta patch
I wonder if they will release several Beta's like they have been doing with EU3? By getting the players to test the patch and report back with problems it certainally does speed it up.
While it's good that Paradox wants to fix the problems with HoI3, if they want to grow their business they need to start doing this type of thing before the initial release of the software.
SAVE IT! There are plenty of us who don't give a sh!t about "HOI".A small company should know not to try more than they're capable of. If 12 developers is all they have, they should focus on one game over trying to make a whole bunch constantly. As much as I'm interested for Victoria 2, they should put all their focus on fixing HoI3 first before thinking of any new games. Yeah I know they have different teams but I'm sure they could all apply themselves towards fixing one game for a while and get themselves some more resources and fan support, because as it is with the past few releases, a lot of people(like me) won't be just buying the new game right away no matter how interesting it looks because we'll think the release is just a beta we have to pay for.

A company can multitask.I'm not going to wait for the games I want because they're trying to "fix" HOI.
