On behalf of my team I regretfully and apologetically inform you that Team Civfanatics is withdrawing its team and cancelling the game due to irreconcilable differences over the game being changed from BTS MTDG III to ISDG 2012.


Ahhhhh Made ya look! Seriously though, we may need more time to reach a decision and as our 24 hours is up in about 4-5 hours I wanted to give everyone a heads up. Again I apologize and hope that my pitiful joke at least makes up for it a little. I hope that we wont need more than 1 more day.

The forum is actually still up. And might not even have been hacked, but that seems uncertain to me. I'd recommend a healthy dose of NoScript with WPC not allowed if you want to go past the alert...

I just dropped in on the trail pitboss game (the one that I thought was being run to test the mod and to give other teams a chance to see it in practice) to see how it was going. It doesn't appear that it has started. Also - I gathered from the comments (maybe incorrectly) that they would debug the mod as the game progressed and update the mod underlying the ISDG at the same time. That gave rise to my question (see quoted post) ...

I thought that the point of playing a trial game with the mod was to test the mod. If you start the real game with a broken mod and only find out about it later ... what then? Can you change the mod while the game is in play? I know that you cannot do that with pbem ... can you with pitboss?

You need to take these questions to the main ISDG planning thread, and not here, as this is not the ISDG.

... which, at the moment, remains unanswered.

Anyone out there with pitboss experience and mods that can answer this question?
