Kuk, I think you could put as a limitation of terrain, swamp and jungle. Too often the AI launches construction when it just has a small swamp in a corner when it is, in my opinion, more of a wonder to start a civilization lost between jungle and swamp.
In futur transport wonders, if you choose to include it,

On another level, I haven't tested the natural wonders part, I use a communitas modified by me with the functionality of Even More Resources included which didn't pose a problem but with the inclusion of the new natural wonders, I have a map really weird, without the added resources and with swamps that look like tundra
But I haven't tested much, I'll come back to talk about it when it's done.
