There are some rumours about a second coup in social media but i am sceptical about it. Mainly because it's on social media before actually happening.

Outrageous claims are a thing in Turkish politics: Remember Turkey claiming that the USSR wanted invade it because the Armenian SSR had Ararat on its coat of arms? Kruchov beated them at their own game when he made clearly obvious the Turkish flag represents its aspirations for the moon.
Erdogan was PM before he changed to constitution to turn Turkey into a presidential republic. Of course, he was going to be president.

True. And since the 50s he has had his hands in Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, and Afghanistan (and I probably miss other places), using islam against communism by whatever means available. He is "moderate" only insofar as he is a reliable agent for the one government that has always funded and backed him throughout that career, the US'. That's also probably the reason why he ran to exile there, and cannot be gotten rid of - he has too much dirt on past (ans possibly ongoing) operations. This Gulen guy is quite a character.
This is also the best explanation (and I recall you being the fist to offer it) for the failure of the coup: the broader turkish military just couldn't force themselves to back what they saw as an organization, an agent, working for a foreign state. If that was the reason for the lack of support for the coup outside the handful of units that moved, then we're not going to see any new coup soon. The people who would remove Erdogan will first let him get rid of everyone connected with Gulen's organization from positions of influence. And if news reports about its size are to be credited it'll take a while. Good for Turkey, sovereignty is more important that internal political squabbles. Time for those later.
If there is a "secular" faction in the military willing to organize a coup, they must first figure out their exit strategy from that coup: whom to turn over power after it. All parties came out in support of Erdogan in the aftermath of this coup, are they even now questioning its connections with Gulen and the "purges" going on? It'll take a while to turn opinions around against the president again. And the AKP is not going to just vanish even if he is overthrown or killed.

The "Islamist" having been locked out of Turkey government for such a long time, and like Republicans have built-up enemies real and imagined for the population. Which is why Turkey relationships have all gone down the drain with its neighbors. Even evidence of wide spread corruption and cronyism cannot shake the APK supporters which are brushed off.
On the other hand Turkeys economy had grown and with it the middle class. On the other other hand, Turkey running deficits with a lot of bad debt. And with the collapse in tourism, internal troubles the boom looks like its going belly up. Support for Erdogan remains still strong but if the underlining economic progress goes bust all of a sudden then most suspect support would also collapse.

am what ı was on July 14th , and dislike the apparent changes in the moods . And of course the apparent interest in family . There are times nobody will find me nice but many people tend to define me as decent . Even the police dude's troubles 20 odd years back related to that ; ı was of no harm to anyone . How many times do you see a President of United States as a co-president , an equal in anything ? The splendid case of Congregation having jets , loading them with bombs and hitting the Parliament , Kemal's Parliament , that surely turned off the dumbest Kemalist ! There's a conference on the PKK and Abdullah Ocalan taking place here with his lawyer and Nelson Mandela's lawyer. I go to this hotel bar and the first night I went there were armored cars and armed soldiers outside. Well I didn't actually go to the conference but the same building.
