Pre load/ Release Times?

Do we know if Civ 7 will be pre loading or what times it will release on Feb. 6?

typically it has preloaded a day or two in advance. IIRC it was 10am pacific time, for past releases

Civilization 7 is a competent entry with some poorly executed ideas and a striking lack of personality.
