Preview : Steph's mod 2

I still have work to do.
- Add the navy
- Add the aircraft
- Introduce minor variation for all the flavour units (currently they all have the same stats).
- Make the civilopedia for units
- Add the wonders.
- TEST! TEST! TEST!
 
hey I have just seen your tech tree for the first time... really impressive! But how will you make all those techs fit the 4 screens?
I've also a suggestion: rename the modern era, the penultimate one, "Atomic Age"

btw (just curious), what's your main project now? This mod, or SSS?

Tech trees: I'm using an "array" approach, and don't really care for the arrows...
SSS and this mod are running in parallel
It depends of the time I have. If I have only 1 our free, I add a unit line or two.
If I have a whole evening or afternoon, I work on SSS, which requires more concentration
 
Did you make Russian cities?

The scenario is on hold. I'm waiting for GeXozoid to release the last version of his mod for American Conquest, so I can finish converting his units, and then make colour conversion for the other missing units.
So far, I have 123 units waiting on my hard drive :D

Where did you get those nice Russian hardware in desert camo (BTR-70, T-55, T-62, T-72...)?
 
I wish to make an order. Pizza Russia, with spicy tanks and some hot APC sauce, delivered to the Units section as a nice little teaser... I will even say please!
 
I made 3 sets, two are already uploaded and i am finishing the greek/ottoman one ;)

The little teaser is the preview in this thread ;)
 
First off al i would like to say : "HOLY **** - this is HUGE" (reference to the tech tree and the units)

But i have some suggestions about renaming several techs ... well aside from the typing errors :p such as gracity->gravity.

First era: The tech "Religion" is kinda genreic don'tcha think ... maybe you should rename it to "Animism" - because this is generaly what all the early beliefs were ...

3nd era: Isn't "republic" and -especialy- "code of laws" waaay to late ...
"Power clash" - that sounds cool :)

Don't worry, the typo ar eonly in the picture, they are correct in game (I hope)
Republic in the 3rd era is the "modern" form.
In the first era, the Elected Leader tech gives the Ancient Republic (Athen or Rome) government
Same thing. The Industrial code of laws = modern laws (Napoleon code)
In the ancient era, there is a Law tech (Hammurabi)
Facism is one of the first tech of the modern era
Religion is indeed generic. That's done on purpose.
 
I'm Really looking forward to playing this mod! Any idea about when the first beta is gonna be ready?
