One other way to get medics more xp: Put your supermedic in a tile with another unit and GG. Attach the GG to the other unit--10 xp go to the supermedic. (I would consider trick this to be a waste of a GG in most circumstances.)

Interesting thought, I never considered doing that. I don't find the extra promotions to be of great value for a medic, but still interesting. A medic really only needs to be able to heal quickly and move far. Perhaps you could throw in a little extra vision or something, but beyond that I don't see the value in adding xp. Still like the idea though simply because it never crossed my mind.

I tried that a few times and didn't consider it a TOTAL waste. I'd do it with another defensive unit and give it movement so it could keep up with my two-move stacks to get the defensive terrain bonus.

Usually you wouldn't need an additional 10XP to your supermedic, more like 2-4, so you can instead attach the GG to a unit on a tile with the medic and a few other units, giving them all some XP and possibly another promotion. One extra promotion to several units can also serve as very fast healing for your stack.

It isn't completely useless. A super-woodsy-medic (medic III, woodsman III) (40 xp) heals your stack much more quickly than a normal super-medic.

If you have vassals and build Mt. Rushmore, does the reduction in war weariness extend to your vassals?

In team games and Permanent Alliance, World Wonder benefits extend to your team members.
But not your vassals.

I don't think National wonders do, since you can all build them and most of their affects are limited to one city.

I lost three battles at 99% in a row. How is it POSSIBLE?!!! I think the RNG is skewed. Thoughts?

99% isn't 100%. Your experience is unusual, but not impossible.

Is it possible to forge a permanent alliance with more than one AI? I've only been able to do so with one per game, but have no idea whether more are possible.

Not in Vanilla. I haven't played with Permanent Alliances on in BTS (the CS slingshot is much harder to achieve, and it's normally an OCC when I play with them on) but I think it is the same there.

I once lost a 99.1% battle without causing any damage. There are more high-odds losses than low-odds wins, because of when we attack. Although a one in a MILLION chance... you were pretty unlucky.

Thanks. I had a hunch that was the case. I'd assume the limit would be due to the potential for it to allow one to get a very cheap victory through getting extremely friendly and forming enough PAs with AIs to get enough land area for Domination.

How can you add civilization 4 bts to steam? I have seen other players have civilization 4 bts on their steam, but my civilization 4 bts doesn't come out in my steam profile. How can I get civlization 4 bts to come out in my steam profile?

I think I have accidentally over-written my main Civ4 BTS "Mod" files with the ones for BUG. This is based on 1) when I start a game through the default "New Game" option I get the bug mod, so the extra options and pop-ups 2) no mods will work.

Anyone any ideas how to fix this?

Re-install BTS. Then re-install BUG.

You may have installed BUG into CustomAssets (a set of folders over in your My Games/Beyond the Sowrd folder). This is one of the two installation options and it makes it always run, except for mods which have their .ini file set to turn off content from the CustomAssets.

As God-Emperor suggested iyou probably istalled in the custom assets folder, this will cause it to auto load when you run the game and causes clashes with other mods, often in the form of a missing GUI when you starts a game. Deleting everything form the custom assets folder should fix it, you can usually find in the directory Documents->My Games->Sid Meier's Civ IV or something along that lines.
