I haven't really liked hockey this season. I have the games on but I only ever end up actually watching 10 minutes of a game. Otherwise it's just kinda background noise I'm indifferent to.

Early times friend. With a long season you have to build into it. By New Years Day classic I'll be interested. By the playoffs I'll be rabid. Pace yourself.

This was oddly timely. I just (in a very minor way that is not significant and nothing to worry about, seriously) cross contaminated blood with my dog.

rant: it's freaking stupid cold. My face hurts. My toes in wool socks and insulated boots almost went numb from like 35 minutes outdoors. The windchill was -24C and the wind literally never stopped blowing 20+kph this morning, then "calmed down" to 15kph constant this afternoon.
