Rant: GOG please stop tempting me by putting games on my wishlist on sale for super-cheap. I already impulse-bought Sid Meier's Railroads a week ago.

Go back to using an old computer that won't run any new games.Rant: GOG please stop tempting me by putting games on my wishlist on sale for super-cheap. I already impulse-bought Sid Meier's Railroads a week ago.![]()

It's a turn-based strategy.I got a notification for Master of Orion 1 & 2 for $2.69.
Are those games good? They're set in space right? What do you do in the games?
When they came out, they were fabulous. Try them.I got a notification for Master of Orion 1 & 2 for $2.69.

Master of Orion II is one of the finest space strategy games ever made. Every space 4X game since the mid 90s has been compared to it.
My serious non-sarcastic condolences.Built a shoe rack. They lied about the dimensions and half the screws were stripped and unusable. Still put it together, and I guess it's better than no rack, but really not feeling like I got my money's worth.
The pants I bought are too small as well, and the supplier charges for a return. The soap I bought congeals rather than foams, and leaves my hands feeling greasy.
Amazon customer support has quickly become the worst rather than the best. The latest rep I had was completely incoherent. I am pretty sure they used Google Translate. Even the follow-up "please don't give me a bad review" email was partly incoherent, and that's something that should be almost entirely form text.
All in all a terrible shopping experience that I regret.

You should let someone like @MaryKB shop for you. Tell her what you need/want, send her some money and turn her loose.Built a shoe rack.
