Random Rants #88: [incoherent screaming]

anyone who reads this page in Athens is a bonafide fool to believe things are not related . Brexit is a British ploy to maximize their benefits as they would have to pay at least lip service to EU positions . Brexit only became a thing and was rushed despite the sense of "What" that lately arised , because , you know , something inserted the Russians into Cold War ll . That happened only because New Turkey could not occupy Syria and be dead with trying the same with lran . That happened only because Ayn Rand is a god in the UK . Our issues , which existed before ı was born , as ı have some years on you , meaning also before you were born are burning this bright only because London is also believer in Yüzbaşı Volkan stuff and dedication . Your defeat will humiliate the EU , will provide extra bonus because these two bases will save Cyprus , more power to the UK in the Arab world , who knows , maybe a fistful of sand stolen from the Francophone Africa , too . Because nobody has ever told these people , the jerks who were always in ties and suits and BMWs and never in the field where one can really understand the feeling of mortality that Ayn Rand also died and there is this limit to what one can do , as there has always been . And yes , instead of trying to convince people that your people do not have secret deals with the British , you like ... ı don't know yet what ? Something ? Anything ? The Turkish echo chamber phrase fit with the British positions ? "Don't believe them, they intend to rape you!"

I am not really following the situation as much as you do, but my overall impression is that the way things are going, even Germany won't be able to sustain the "neutral" position for long, given Turkey isn't exactly getting more popular in Europe.
So it seems this is more of a case of pede poena claudo; some things only arrive limping (much like Timur :p ) but in the end do arrive.
And last time Timur arrived, having a fleet was very much needed.

Me in 1995: wow, with high-speed internet we'll have encyclopedias and video and the whole of human knowledge can come together and life will get better.

Me in 2020: I have to wear a facemask to go shopping and Syria was saved from Turkish invasion by the British being closet Objectivists.

Can I go back 25 years? Please?

you can't . Laws of nature prohibit paradoxes by not allowing them to exist in the first place . Even you went 25 years back in time , you would still in arrive in an 2020 where you pay or die with Coronavirus or get a chip in your brain . Even if Elon Musk turns out to be a bumbling idiot playing with pig brains . These are general observations , has nothing with failure to grasp basic reasoning . (British puppets can not because they wait for others to do the job so that they can later stab others in the back for extra laughs leads to British to think their puppets are ultra powerful so they should be better employed for extra profit !) Still confusing ? Wait until ı explain the deeper meanings of the whole James Bond legend ...

and yes , the fleet exists . So much that even NASA supposedly thinks it now has fully powerful devices to spot a TlE lnterceptor in an extra large Mars orbit . And what benefit that created for me ? Hushed whispers ? Were in place ages ago . Typical jerk who thinks ı should show respect to them , because he knows if he stays in the mob , one day he will get a share of this two millions of US dollars that was paid to keep me safe ?(the ransomware people insist it was , because that's the world they have created for themselves ) Was in place ages ago , too . The people come and go . None of them will remember they were like so ready to do stuff , when they face stuff that will happen to them . lt is a natural human reaction not to remember , very few people do .

ugh , still confused ? Ask Star Wars fans with cross section books . About a picture on a thread close by . Which was being peddled 3 days ago as Nasa's imagination of a distant galaxy . Find relevant page . lgnore the lack of depiction of a large exhaust . Look for the closest phrase to solar radiators ...

tinfoil hats might very well be the prescription you offer , ı lost an USB today only because ı said ı was never anywhere close with some blonde and it's the truth . ı will keep to my way , no expectation to convince you to come and join the good people with tinfoil hats ...

Is the tinfoil hat at least sculpted as a pickelhaube?

Btw, USians, it's aluminium. Only village people call it "aluminum".

[incoherent screaming]

This is me on the inside.

I keep telling myself when the summer heat is over, maybe things will be different and I can at least walk around outside a little to clear my head sometimes. I hope it's true!

....wouldn't a tinfoil hat actually amplify the radio frequencies?

one of the surprising days of mine was some post like years back , when this tinfoil thing came up and ı said we use tin inch thick in spaceship walls . You know , to stop interstellar radiation . A CFC poster refused with nothing can stop gamma rays . To which , another CFC poster responded that an inch was just about the thickness that would absorb the gamma rays . Cats fall on fours ? ı have never doubted that ı would come out right , even when ı had no idea what the hell ı was saying . Pickelhaube ? Quickly taken out of service by the Germans and the replacement modified is like the global standart these days .

wait , this falls short ... Aren't Germans Turks who can do maths ? Extremely doubtful , as it seems Berlin has been talking about how we should be like brothers and avoid the 12 Miles Casus Belli with 8 or 10 . No , the apparent confidence is not based on anything that involves Merkel , or God Forbid , the last Kaiser .

even with the huge British Armada out of the Straits , it still kept you out of the Great War for ages ?

That wasn't it. It was the german-friendly king. Actually he refused Greece joining the great war even when Britain/France offered western Anatolia as a prize. It's why the Smyrna thing had to be a new deal, dependent on conditions, leading (along with Italy leaving and Soviets giving you stuff) to the known conclusion.

You called Americans "village people." Don't dish it if you can't take it. :dunno:

You are no american. And have no sense of humour either :p

On topic of conspiracy theories, I have only one thing to say:

Dear Illuminati, Freemasons, lizard people or whoever else is secretly running the world, could you get it together? This is embarrassing.

the New Turkey teaches us it didn't happen but once the Yugoslav King visited and told Atatürk that the Westerners had asked him to occupy parts of the country to enforce Sevres . Atatürk offered his congragulations to the King for his good luck and the God's Protection of Yugoslavia .

also concur with the sentiment above . We were all supposed to have chips in our brains by now and yet Musk is not out of pigs yet ... How about getting rid of virus , to return a couple of years later , run by Bill Gates himself , who surely has an higher demonic rating ?

Re: TrekBBS

I just can’t imagine getting upset to the point of irritating other people on the internet because they didn’t like the thing I like.

I mean, intentionally. Normally when I irritate people it’s a byproduct.
It's been raised/lowered (depending on your pov) to an extremely antisocial, vicious art form on that site. My latest goaround with someone happened because I dared to offer the opinion that I consider the fan film series Star Trek Continues superior to DiscoTrek (Discovery).

I was accused of being stuck in the '60s and never wavering from "Gene's Vision". The situation escalated to the point where the moderator got involved.

I thought he was referring to the band :mischief:
A few months ago I ended up promising to write a Star Trek filk to the tune of "YMCA." It's actually doable, but I just need to figure out the story I want to tell (the best filks tell a story, rather than just have random lines that fit the melody).

So far the two possible scenarios I've thought of are either the fan experience or Starfleet Academy. The problem with the latter is that the syllables of "academy" aren't stressed the same way that the syllables of "YMCA" are. It would sound weird.

How about something else entirely? A silly Borg song..."We are the Borg" would actually fit well to replace YMCA....
