two or three weeks ago some guy called on the phone . Says the "campaign" will be over soon . That's the "package" we bought last year or so . Gives some amounts of minutes per month to talk , pass the limit and you will pay more money , things like that . The phone used to belong to my late father , it is with the same operator company for 15 or 20 years , after his death ı took the contract so that it would stay in use . Never felt the need to check , considering the "campaign" would actually end in July . Older brother knows these stuff , accordingly we went to the "phone center" . The guy gave me the standart hateful look , gave us a number . If the campaign ı had was costing me 4 units of money per month , this would be about 7 ... Mind you , the company knows this . That the offer will be more . Brother chose to change operators . One said 5 per month . We chose the one with 3 per month . Had to pay 1,5 months worth of money as a fine , all right , proper no doubt . Can't use SMS function , it will cost 2 liras everytime ı send one message .

Ebay have just sent me an email for collection in person of an item, and it is supposed to have a QR code for their app to scan. They have not included the image in the email, and I cannot work out how it is supposed to work. The image tag is:

With no source. How is that supposed to load anything? There are some dodgy identifiers in the table cell in which it is placed, and if it was a web page I would assume they were loading the image in javascript, but no one would run javascript on their emails would they?

Hmmmm, can't you access the source code?
You should see something like

and you could just copy out the image URL and try to see whether it loads separately in a browser.

That is what I was trying to do, but the img tag does not have an src attribute. I copied the exact tag in my post above.
