Last night, I was thinking about if I did in fact have some sort of mental power to cause ill will(look at the Bizarre Coincidences thread of mine for more details), how this power would work. I reasoned that it would have to be an elderly person, since it only seems to work with people who are already fairly well along the path of life, so to speak.

...My friend's grandmother died today. Sad fact is this is the same friend who's sister passed away from cancer the day after I wished ill will upon my own sister. Seems it was from natural causes(she having been sick for a while now), though being a superstitious person, this bums me out as I feel as if it was my fault...
Life just likes serving me sick coincidences and guilt tripping me, doesn't it?

My cat decided unilaterally to take part in a passion play after I left for work today. He got the role of the crown of thorns on top of my wife's head. Wound up having to leave work for three hours to take her to the E.R.--it was that bad.

Mmmf... reminds me of when I had two cats. Whenever one of those lardasses would come to sleep with me, they would sit on my pillow and take forever clawing at it to get it more comfortable...
...And my head would be right beneath this, so I'd get clawed frequently.
It was all very nice to bond with the old hag, until she started to treat my closet as a litterbox and thus destroyed all my white shirts... I wryyyyy'd. Nonetheless was saddened when I had to help mom put them both in cages to get taken away to the kennel... ah well.
I wish your wife a speedy recovery however.
