RANT: I was the subject of an anti-intellectual rage in English II and my group ignored my good contributions and botched a part of the story concerning dialogue lines.

Classmate (not in group): "You think you know better just 'cuz you read books all the time!"

My thoughts: Umm, yeah. I think I would indeed know how to do the dialogue better because I read books all the time. Books with dialogue in them.

Other similar comments also flowed in, like "You think everyone else is wrong and you're the only one right!"
