Nobody's allowed to complain about weather until they've lived in Chicago.
All of last week it was 70 degrees and sunny, fitting weather for the week building up to Spring Break, and then Friday comes along.

Any other Chicago posters can attest to how you really never know what the weather's going to be here. One day in the middle of January, it will be 70 degrees and sunny, the next, will be chocked full of storms and tornadoes, and the day after that we will be pummeled with a snowstorm (true story, btw).

People say this everywhere.
I've lived in a half-dozen places across North America, and people always think their local weather is particularly inconsistent, when it really isn't.
That's how weather is, unless you live on Mount Everest, Antarctica, the Sahara, etc.
People in the Pacific Northwest don't say the weather's inconsistent- it's either consisently rainy or consistently sunny, depending on what time of the year it is.
Except for parts of Spring, when, for some reason, it can't make up its mind.
