It's 3am, and I've spent the last 2.5 hours trying to sleep to no avail.

This wouldn't be so infuriating if I didn't have to get up for uni at 6.30.

Is it like a ritual for you to post this same exact rant every single night?

i cannot for the life of me figure out how to make brushing my teeth not seem so burdensome. every time i do it, i feel like im going to fall asleep due to the (perceived) immense effort to do it.

in fact i forgot to brush my teeth 3 times this month. the dentist is going to kill me.

i brush mine once a day, which is below minimum requirements. id like to know who determines this requirement and whether they really tested to determine this.

Only when it happens. Which is way too often.

Although, normally, I don't try to fall asleep and rant that I have to get up, rather than trying to fall asleep for hours and failing, and ranting about that.
