I noticed that the Spanish King Felipe IV had a pet hermit. When you hover over the icon it has a quote from the hermit in Brian. Something along the lines "life ain't great for a hermit, but its better than starving", I'm 90% sure that the actual quote is taken from that movie.
I noticed an obligatory Master and Commander reference too - I had a sloop called "Acheron" playing as the French.
Some of the ship names are really cool. My favourite so far was a pirate ship called "Burgundy ****old".

That's no problem, but I'll just be too busy for browsing the web on a daily basis then with acclimatizing to the new surroundings and people I'm gonna meet there and all that. And I never said that I won't return here for ever. Probably I'll just be for a couple of months absent from CFC before I'm gonna purchase a new Internet connection and the legend comes alive all over again!

Somehow, I found a way to entertain myself for hours with PVC pipe and a K'Nex wheel.
I'm about ninety percent sure that there have been multiple Royal Navy ships of the name Acheron. EDIT: lulzI noticed an obligatory Master and Commander reference too - I had a sloop called "Acheron" playing as the French.
In my Prussian game, I had a first-rate entitled SMS Dachs. I never autoresolved a battle it was in just so I could keep control of it personally.

Well, my favorite band writes the crappiest lyrics in the world (the newer of their songs though), but that doesn't prevent the music from being brilliant, especially since the language is Icelandic, therefore nobody understands it anyways
