My english class managed to convince my teacher that he didn't give us the material for the essay he assigned, and then got him to revert back to a 30 question multiple choice test with a short essay instead of the 5-7 page one. Yay.

The same as it is everywhere else in the US, but you have to remember that it doesn't really stop anybody who tries from drinking, especially in the middle of a huge spring break festival thing with thousands of people.
