OOC: I saw that post in Avatar Help, and now I want to use that panel showing Germany flashing his sword, but unfortunately, I don't want to bump Avatar Help from basically 20 days right now.
Anyways, avatar is 7/10, because the picture looks nice except I don't know what the UK's doing.
