Please stop nagging. Plan has been sent. Plan as you wish:
OOC: (So LH cant say our enemies know what this plan says)TECHNOLOGY
1. Steam Power-Railroad-Communism-Democracy
Diplomacy
2. Build missionaries and convert carthage. Period. No buts. Convert them or we will roast you alive LH. (Make notes on carthage cities and units as the missionaries enter.) Use a galley/galleon to transport the missionaries to africa. If we ever finish converting carthage, continue converting someone else.
3. Try and keep alexander as pleased, and try and get ragnar up to that level, or at least keep him at cautious. Dont bend to any demands though.
4. Everyone we know in the americas is pleased with us. Keep em that way. Maybe give them an ancient tech each. Make sure its cheap and old though.
5. Im sure someone has a suggestion to fill this blank...ah here we go: Try and trade for a health resource or two if we have excess resources and someone is willing to trade away a health resource.
Domestic needs (cities) (build courthouses in EVERYTHING that doesnt have one once it finishes its current build.
6. British isles:
London- Whip 2 frigates and 2 galleons out of it. Then draft a redcoat after building a few naval units. Keep building naval units, or important buildings it doesnt have. Try and do a unit/building/unit pattern. Try and make sure it doesnt grow past the happy limit by using specialists instead of food tiles.
Plymouth- Whip the market out, then build any other financial buildings, and try and get some merchant specialists, or anything that will give gold. Maybe build a galleon or two.
Liverpool- First off, whats a customs house? Anyway, finish it, then build cavalry and nothing but cavalry. Ship them out on the galleons being made in other cities. Maybe whip a couple of units if the happy cap allows it. Build machine gunners as well when possible.
New horizons- Keep it under the control of the council Aysee set up. Suggest that it build redcoats and nothing but redcoats. Set up a meeting bewteen me, Ravus, Aysee, the Khan, and the Khans domestic leader, plus the KRF leader if possible. (OOC: chat). This will be to compromise for irelands future.
7. Gaul:
Ravus-York-Finish the aqueduct. Focus on buildings here. Whip out a quick redcoat here and there, or maybe draft one if the need becomes that great. Try and maximize gold output however possible.
Amsterdam- FIRST BUILD THE GLOBE THEATER HERE! Once it is built, draft and whip as many units as possible while the POP stays 7-8 or above, then let it recover. focus on machine gunners.
Antium- Build cannons. NOTHING BUT CANNONS. Use the whip as often as you can without POP below 8-9.
8. Iberia:
Arya-Kent- Finish the frigate but then build cannons and nothing but cannons. Period. Maximize production. Use the whip until it reaches 10-11 POP.
Birmingham- Redcoats and nothing but redcoats. Maximize production.
CN- Finish the harbor, then build cannons and nothing but cannons. Maximize productions.

Cumae- Finish the university, then alternate bewteen redcoats and buildings. Use the whip. Draft.
Neapolis- Keep building cannons with an occasional redcoat. Use the whip. Draft.
10. Italy:
Rome- Build cavalry and nothing but cavalry. Use the whip. Draft.
Setia- Build missionaries. Whip them if we get excess POP.
11. Russia:
Any cities in russia should build redcoats and/or buildings to help the economy. They should switch to machine gunners when we get railroads.
Note: Whip EVERYWHERE just before we convert to communism.
NOTE II: Use the great spy from being commie to find the arabian stack of doom, and use an obsolete unit to find any viking stacks of doom and report on unit numbers there.

14. Once those cities are taken, offer peace to arabia as a white peace, or if we can get it, some gold/vassalization.
15. If he refuses, take yekaterinburg. If he still refuses, we will take it from there in the next plan.
16, Worker actions: Complete improving any unimproved tiles, and BUILD A RAILROAD FROM IBERIA THROUGH GAUL AND GERMANY, THROUGH THE OTHER GEMANY/POLAND AND INTO RUSSIA AS SOON AS WE GET RAILROAD. POSITION WORKERS BEFORE WE GET THE TECH SO THEY CAN ALL START SIMULTANEOUSLY ON IT. DO EVERY OTHER TILE SO THEY CAN MOVE TO THE TILE NEXT TO THEM WHEN THEY FINISH. USE ALL AVAILABLE WORKERS.
I took out the military bit in case your wondering. Its classified until such time the president sees fit to release it (once the orders have happened (once the update has been posted)).

I demand that you at least post the military orders in a closed session (i.e., a spoiler). At least that way, our enemies will not know what they are, but the rest of us will have an idea of what our forces are doing.

The Military Plan is a major part of the plan in the current time of war. Keeping it secret would be understandable in reality, but in a game like this all it does is delay our judgement of your actions until a time when it no longer affects you what we think. This Is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I support Whosit's Demand, It is entirely Justified. I call upon the Administration to make your leader see reason! I agree. But there can be no unity when a significant portion of the Parliament is kept in the dark. I sincerely hope that your efforts bear fruit.

I have submitted my request to arya and I am hopeful that things will work out to preserve government openness and bring all parties together to support our troops abroad.
I am highly hopeful that this shall change his stance and we can focus back on maintaining the glory of our Empire
@TT-I agree threats won't get us anywhere, but neither will concealing vital information. The Only resolution i will accept to this situation is the plans being posted for US all to see. (not enemy spies, but all politicans) I sincerely hope your efforts as the sane and clearheaded party can bring Arya to see reason.

I'm an independent... why am listed as part of a council?
Also i was declared the War Minister i believe, mainly from lack of other options, although i think historically i am actually the person who has been a war minister the most often... worrying huh. Anyway i am saying this because i didn't get to see the finished War Plan, did you take any of my advisements into consideration?

Also i think Arya has pre-empted the Britiannian Coalition seeing as, if you'll notice, he mentioned that the plan, both military and civilian had allready been sent. It's now just organising a talk between the leaders of the Sane Patriots and the Irish.
I don't see why you are all worried. The Sane Mindset within the Coalition made sure to limit the war potential. Instead of a brutal decapitating strike we will now be merely taking the lifeblood away from the Arabian-Russian Axis Power.

Whosit control your opposition. I do not take kindly to threats and being yelled at. If you wish to see the rest of the plan (which really isnt that much...) this badly try and take a different route. Like a PM. If you are more polite than you are while threatening me on the thread, you just might get a response with the plan in it.
