As I've mentioned in a PM to yourself, Aysee, I feel that at the current moment Cull would make a better Foreign Affaris Minister than me. If he'll take it over being leader of the opposition of course.

I would be far more comfortable being Governor of Scotland, if you'll allow it.

EDIT: I just realised, perhaps I wasn't clear on why I think I would make a bad Foreign Affairs Minister. This administration wants to pursue technology without war, I started out in this election on a campaign centered on invading Russian occupied Ireland. I'm sure you can see why sending me to deal with foreign powers might not be interpreted well.
