How is civ v? Worse or better then 4?

Civ5 fully patched+a few mods, is pretty fun in my opinion but diplomacy is a complete different beast to wrestle with and there a few kinks that need to be worked out first.

In any case, an RP would be harder to do with Civ5 than Civ4 because there's no WB but maybe Finetuner can work for the best.

Anyways, I hereby rescind Emergency Protocol 216, end martial law, and will rescind Emergency Powers when ilduce is locked up.

I move that ilduce be placed within the custody of Captain Fargle. For the duration of this turnset and the election afterwards, ilduce will lose all voting privelages and the ability to take actions.
Ilduce will be held indefinitely, with the choice for his release dependant upon the current President of England.

Also if I am the next president of England, I pledge not to release Ilduce during my term, and to ensure he stays jailed for the remainder of the next election as well. I hope everyone supports this plan.

Well in that case, the HDO will continue to hunt you, and will bring you back dead or alive since you have given your death consent. Once you are caught, people will be even less merciful than before. Just give up. The result will be the same in the end, only worse if you keep going.

Anyways, talks with Catherine today and we need to start working on what happens in the next tunset.

LH since we have already raised our units and the republican guards, can we maybe use them to create an elite army stack for the upcoming war? Aysee would lead it with his great general. This would also be our anti AR force in the future.

What time are the talks with Catherine? I need to know so I can try and gain access to a computer.

Hmm.... That does sound interesting, but I'll need to know LH's take on that. My opinion is that Catherine might be more open if five lords are watching the talks, but it's really up to LH.
