You wouldn't notice him among that day's thousands of visitors. He is just a man in the crowd, a tourist who've come to see the architectural beauty of the old Moorish palace in Seville.
He is in fact from Burgos, the old stronghold of Fascist rebels during the Civil War. He was brought up a strict Catholic, and learned to hate the Republicans for their depredations, real or imagined. As one of the last cities to fall to the Republicans, it was the scene of unprecendented savagery. As revenge for the numerous Fascist massacres during the conflict, the victorious Republicans in turn slaughtered the inhabitants of Burgos as they entered the city. They spared no one; soldier or civilian, man, woman or child. The city burned for three days.
He was one of the few who survived the atrocities, rescued by his neighbors. But the rest of his family was butchered. He and his rescuers wandered the countryside, were arrested, and incarcerated in a Reeducation Camp for many years. Eventually he was released, as the bloody fervor of the Civil War and its aftermath died down, and the new government adopted a more conciliatory approach toward dissidents. He was declared "reformed", given a new identity, job in a Burgos factory and an apartment, Nevertheless, he still found his loyalty to the Republic still in question (he was never given a pay rise, and his request to marry his long-time girlfriend was repeatedly denied), and he himself has never forgiven the Republicans for what they had done.
He was approached by an underground Nationalist organisation, which he eagerly joined. The "National Liberation Army of Spain" has noticed that the government has grown complacent, secure in its power and authority. In only a few years, they built a veritable network of underground militia cells in every city in Spain. They gave him training, they gave him bombs, and they sent him to Andalusia.
Now deep within the palace complex in Seville, he eyes the people he is about to kill. Perhaps half of them are Moroccans. Many Moroccans has served in the Nationalist army in the Civil War, and for many years they lived under martial law, their freedoms restricted, prisoners in their own country. Like himself. But that was lifted. They were freed, granted their own Constitution and equal rights with Spaniards, and now they infest every parts of the sacred Spanish land. Andalusia, so painstakingly reconquered so many centuries ago, seems to be overrun with Muslims once again. The Communists, in the name of "international brotherhood", has given the Moors rights they do not deserve, yet deny him, a true son of Spain, his rights in his own country. Just one out of so many Republican crimes. They murdered his family, they murdered the Church, murdered Spain...
This palace belongs to the King. Who are all these people, how dare they violate royal ground. Traitors, all of them. They must die.
Surrounded by people, in the heart of the historic Alcazar, bombs strapped to his body, he yelled the age-old battle cry.
"Santiago y cierra, España!"
And he pressed the trigger.

They had constructed a barracks, where recruitment took place in the city.
The First Rifle Infantry is the first to have its numbers brought up. During this time of fragile peace, the army was to patrol the country’s borders in case of attack. The General Sectary Manue Khan gave a speech in Peking to inspire the people to support the Army.

Admittedly, most of that is the Sahara desert where almost no one lives, but you have seen fit to declare a fellow nation of the revolution a mere province of yours?
When you've learned the meaning of the word "Socialism" and can truly grasp the concept of the word "Equality" you may return to us to progress on the path of true enlightenment. Until then, sit in your own borders and do nothing.

I take issue with Mongolia's SOI on two counts:
A: it's an SOI, and I hate all of those without variation, and
B: those lands rightfully belong to Tibet
