Plotinus, I wonder what your plans are once you're satisfied with the mammoth's animation? Are you planning on different versions with different rider skins?

Fair enough.

I wouldnt mind having 3 or 4 units with exact same animation, just different skins, so we could have hypothetical flavored War Mammoths for Amerindian, Scandinavian and Siberian Steppes civs (maybe Celtic/Britonic and Korean too). And I suppose all these would find a home in fantasy scenarios too.

Would also have a good use for a riderless Mammoth, to be used as a barbarian unit, so maybe that could be your first version
