Philipines break up!!!

With the never ending looses the Philipnes goverment have colapsaed!

Major Defeat against Ireland?Well,what did Ireland achieve?Conquer an almost uninhabited island with a few miners and sheeps on it.What did we achieve?Virtually destroyed the Irish navy and invaded Ireland itself!I'd call this a major VICTORY for us and so it was around the globe.

There WAS an Iceland garrison though (the tiny army or militia that all the Nostradamists there are allowed to have under our treaty, and a portion of the army that I ordered to defend my lands), and in orders before (during the Nostradamist trouble) I ordered the construction of a fortress there to watch over the Nostradamists and defend Iceland...

Also, how did Ireland get around my navy, which was ordered to hunt down their navy, and past my coast guard, which was told to defend my waters, which includes the route to Ireland... And they couldn't have gone by air since my air force had similar orders to my navy...
