VikingLand a prosperous and as now peaceful empire has become more of a union by political means than one by conquest.
The British peoples, and Scandinavian peoples, have come to consider themselves all Viking, and they all have equal and full rights under the Viking constitution.
The Viking constitution is similar to the New English one, in attempt to emulate their prosperity and unity, it appears to have worked.
Recent events have however dragged our allies in Boston into war, and the Viking peoples felt obliged to aid them in their efforts.

Friend. We aware of Romes anti war stance, and while we appluad and support that stance we find that we can no longer abide by it in a similar fashion to yourselves.
China and Aboriginia have taken a hostile stance towards our close allies in Boston and we must defend them.
It is also likely our once strong friends now turned Chinese puppet state in India will also go to war with New England.
As a result we will need your support, not militarily nor even philisophically, we would just like to open trade links to help better support our troops in the coming conflict.
If Rome is attacked we also pledge to aid you as vigourously as we aid New England, we have not forgotten the work Rome did on our behalf during the last world war.

I wish to form a military alliance with China, Aboriginia, and India called the Eastern Peoples Alliance or EPA. This will include an MPP bewteen all countries and if agreed to, an ROP agreement. I think we need an alliance to counter the power of the TAP.
The Roman senate put it to a vote about the trade with the NEC, Egypt, Spain and Vikingland. The emperor refused to sign a treaty but the senate could override his decision. The RTS was pro-trade and had 40 seats. they only needed 22 more votes and the empirelist party could give them that, and they'd do anything to stop the Pax Romanan plans. It was put to a vote.

Credit for the manuver goes to the northern province commander of General Shaka.
On most other Zulu fronts the forces allied against the Zulu have advanced from their respective beachheads.
The Alliance of the Nile has been formally disbanded with the war between Egypt and the Zulu Empire.

To: All the enemies of the Zulu, being China, Egypt, Aborigines, India... did I miss anyone?
Suggested plan of attack:
Spain does an amphibious landing, pushes up towards Egyptian forces. Indian and Chinese forces combine into variation on the spear formation, striking towards the lake of whatsit.
Aborigines do another amphibious landing, pushin up towards the other forces.
Squish the Zulu into South Africa. Leave them there. I think there was another player here, cant remember who, they can go for the blue area, or suggest another battle plan.

- Reopening of trade with Rome
The Assembly voted for a blockade of Zulu ports on the East Coast of Africa as well as patrols in the South Atlantic. Any neutral ship passing through the patrols or blockade will be searched by Egyptian authorities. The Military Chief approved, and as it looked like the war was going into full swing when the Caliph vetoed the resolution. The 150-man Assembly voted to override the veto but fell one vote short of the required 2/3.
Results of ovveride vote: 99-51: not overrided.
The Assembly decided that peace would be the choice if the Zulus converted to Islam and set up a government like Egypt or a democracy.
Vote for Ceasefire with the Zulu Empire: 117-33. Ceasefire set for anew government to be set up.
Egypt is holding its first elections after centuries of stirct rule with the mullahs coming from the upper, educated class. The candidates will now be approved by the Assembly, however the candidates will not be discriminated against because of ethnicity, wealth, or religion. There will be a minimum education and residence requirement. The Revolutionary Command Council(Cabinet) is now elected by the Assembly and the Caliph is chosen every year from the members of the Revolutionary Command Council. Once each of the Council Members has served as Caliph, a new Council will be elected.

Revolutionary Command Council has decided to extend the war with the Zulu until they agree to have a democractic government and not wait by with a ceasefire. Assembly Action: Zulu Peace overruled by unanimous vote of the Revolutionary Command Council.

The zulu's discovered the Guns befor china! Chines Scientists have been sent to the battlezone, to take the guns from Zulu soldeirs and try to learn how to make guns and cannons too.
The Democratic system that until now was fully under chines rule, have been harmed in the last B'hirot (I'll start using hebrew...
) and the country as been made a Confederacy (map will posted after this Post).
The aztecs decleared war, revealing the last plans of the Chines navy, the Destroing, or taking over the panama canal.
The Iroq' have decleared war too, and the generals have started plaing on them, they attacked, not like to NEC, so a Bright fleet sending will need to be made...
The spanish ideas have not been accepted by chines generals, and a new Idea was asked by china.
The navy have been ordered to upgrade into "sieg like" and have been sent to destroy the Panama Canal.
The army have been ordered to inlarge itself. The states of the confederacy all accepted about this...
