The Roman Republic was as glorious as ever. The Roman cities were great. The capital was growing at an increasing rate and was the appitamy of Roman wealth and glory. The eastern capital of Sparta was the appitamy of Roman military might. The Roman Army Acadamy was located here teaching a new generation of soldiers. Carthage was tge appitamy of Roman economic strength and trade. It was the navel center of the Roman world. Replacing Syracuse from just 100 years earlier.

The people were happy and a large turn out was at the new elections. the Pax Romana party won 55 seats. The Commercial party and Militant party formed into the Roman Trade and Security(RTS) party gaining 40 seats. Finally the empirelist party gained only 25 seats. The emperor was voted in as Pax Romana in a 65-55 vote in senate.

The emperor is elected by senate. The emperor can override a tie or a close vote(2 or1 votes off) So it could be 49/51 and can vote either way and can put the bill into law or otherwise. He also signs treaties. To be voted into empeor your party must have at least 30 seats. Thats why the empirelist didn't get any votes.

The Pax Romana was for peace and the RTS was for Rome's defence(security) and economy. The empirelist was the agressive party, that wanted war. As a result the Boer War would not be entered into.

New War Plans
now that Spain joined the war, attack from the west will be much easyer with their help.
China and India will continue attack from the north, while china will try ones again, with the aid from russia to attack from the western teritories.
we hope that the Aburigines will attack to the north, to the great lakes area.

we will grow our army, while continue building the Bet-Mikdash in Honk-Kong.

A new capital have been chosen to china, Honk-Kong, one of the most populate cities in china.

The Roman people, the roman senate and the roman Emperor were all shocked when they heard Spain declare war on the Zulu Empire.

To Spain: For thousands of years Spain has been a Roman ally. We are like two in a world of many. Why now do you break from this. Why now do you even go against the will of your people. Only a few years ago they wanted Rome to not enter the war and now you do? Is there some reason to this maddness. Is there a point to this violance? The Zulu have done nothing to harm you after WW2. Why do you which to start another war? It will only bring death and destruction.
