As the BN1-Virus is spreading far too fast,we're willing to sign a cease fire at current front lines,but a final peace agreement will have to wait.

-quarantine the nation and close all borders
-if cease-fire not signed,2/3 army and all airforce push out invaders,while navy blocks their reinforcements
-if cease-fire signed,1/3 army in India,1/3 army on Sri Lanka,1/3 army takes chaotic Japan from Kyushu (our Japanese island)

We desparately want a cure for the disease so the Egyptian people never have to suffer the fate that many have.
ORDERS:
Shut off all borders, letting only vital trade in after a two week quarantine. No one is two move outside the local city or village. 1/4 of the army is to enforce this policy. The only people being let out of the country are army troops and trade. Any airplane flying into the country is to be grounded and all persons on the plane will be returned back to where they came. If the plane or persons aboard do not comply, the plane/people will be shot and put in special (not mass) graves in the Libyan desert. The navy is to enforce a similar sea policy. All water and food supplies are to be Egyptian grown only and if we need to import food it must be throughly tested for the virus. Also, all citizens are to be equipped with biochemical masks. Any citizen found to be showing symptoms of the disease is to be immediatelyremoved to a special quarantine camp near Benghazi and any nearby inahbitants (neighborhood in city and village in rural areas) are to be relocated.

For the last time i want to remind you all that this cure is not exactly the kind you can mass produce, especially for nations as large as Egypt as it requires donations of blood by immune people. I will update when i finish eating supper which should be in a few hours.

A small colony is established on Alaska to gather cure. We plan to return the land to the Iriquiois as soon as they reach the area, but we are taking it over for now.

how do you know who is immune? answer: you don't

So basically, my quarantine must work or I am screwed over?
as i have explained three times already on AIM, no one here is screwed over and though MOST if not all of you will most likely be infected by the time all this is over you might as well think of it as an oppurtunity instead of being screwed over. That way you don't feel all discriminated against by me and make me have to stand through yet another round of flames.
There, I've admitted most of you will be infected although a few nations may be able to be spared; i'm not saying who though. Please just continue with it and for a certain few of you (you know who you are), please stop harassing me on AIM about it!
