Many tens of thousands have perished, and the Riccese naval fleet strangles your coastline, leaving your people impoverished, starving, and destitute. While we could pursue further conflict, we believe it is no longer in our best interests.

As such, rather than sending our troops into another massive act of bloodshed, we propose instead ending this war here and now. Here are our terms, which we feel are generous. We beg of you to consider the Treaty of Dakar, which is as follows:

While not a term, we also request that the Corps, as an independent nation with Riccese recognition, alter its name to something more stately, such as New Venice or the Venetian Empire.

Rumors have roamed the lands of Wallachia for years, but nfew believed them.
Still, nobody is sure wether they are true or not: Will the Russian Empire strike? if so, an Alliance had to commence.

An emergency meeting at Bucharest saw General Patrascu and President Marcu Anghel calling for help: Non-agression pacts are sent to the Russian Empire, in hopes of discarding a hopefully false alarm.

But still, President Marcu saw this as a great opportunity.
He thus sent diplomats to The Russian Empire, the Romania-Moldova Kingdom, the New Kingdom of Norway, The Roman Empire, The Inner Dominion of China and the Merchant Empire of Riccio, to form the Eurasian League; a semi-military alliance, made in hopes of making society better and keeping those nations from destroying eachother, thus sparing the lives of many soldiers and civilians.

Without war, the world is a better place. If we do not end war, war will end us.
In hopes of promoting his grand plan, President Marcu of Wallachia opens up the treasury and promises that he will send 20 EP to all nations that accept the offer. The payment will be done at the beginning of the enxt eyar, as this year's resources have all drained.

Riccio is open to friendship and trade with Wallachia, but until tensions in northern Asia and Eastern Europe are resolved it must decline military alliances.

Riccio does however, propose free trade to Wallachia.

All rulers face a end date.

Ruan Qiang knew that he must be ready to let go of his position as the Middle Voice of the Inner Dominion of China. He has set his purpose in uniting China and even went further by commencing the expansion of borders. This came at controversy among the Inner Chamber and Outer Council as to whether Ruan had been consumed with a unhumble imperial desire to see China commence a dominating of much around but this was a challenge challenged by warnings of the "growth of outer empires" and "of securing the Dominion's security while spreading the Word with benevolent rule."

What ever the case the aged Ruan Qiang decided that his era of rule had come to end and set down to allow the Outer Council and Inner Chamber to appoint a successor.

Siu Jing-sheng would hence be this successor.

Upon being elected by the Inner Chamber and Outer Council the new Middle Voice took to speak to a great crowd in the streets of Hong Kong to speak on a new international ambition...
