RFC Civilizations in Abundance

Would it be possible to make the Celts capital and cities that remain after their first collapse be in Ireland/Scotland?

It probably would be, and it certainly would make sense, so I'll look into it.

Edead posted a good summary here.

Thanks for the link, which is quite useful, but I meant that I don't know how the actual maps are created.

Oh, well you could certainly write some sort of Python script that creates a colored map as an output. The easier method (which I prefer) would be to copy the settler maps into OpenOffice and use conditional formatting to get the colors.

Jarkov, u should import the Persian respawn from Doc; it'll save u some time.

I don't think I will do that as long as there is a chance of having another civ (well, technically another civ, they will obviously still be Persians) spawn there in the later scenario.

Is there anyway to implement Varietas Delectat to this mod?

I think it would help it out a lot. So would reborn Persia, Italy, Peru and Mexico.

how hard would it be to add serbia as a minor civ
they were very strong in eastern europe during the middle ages before the turkish conquest of the balkans

what do u mean

it would be nice for the empty space to be filled up and provide some challenge in the balkans

Hungary > Bulgaria > Serbia as for Balkan civs.

I'd probably set Bulgaria over Hungary, but I'm quite sure they both won't be in the game.

i think you have got about as many civs into Europe as you might hope to get. if you want a more detailed Europe try rfc Europe (although they are the wrong time period for the Serbs).
the Balkans in specific I think it would be best to use a respawned Greece (albeit with a different name) respawning in either the 13th centenary if the Byzantium are collapsed or don't control the area and again in the 20th centenary to stop the Turks having an ahistorical control over the area.
