After you build up some infrastructure, I suggest building Constantinoplis or near it and then waiting until after the other europeans spawn before you start conquering the rest of Europe, or else you will most likely collapse and/or be taking on several foes.
Personally I would build the Great wall - makes the fifth century much nicer

I had already thought of building Constantinopolis, but waiting for the rest of Europe to spawn is a good idea. Then again, a lot of classical European RFC games I've seen have them taking over Europe before they spawn.

I find that unless your in Africa or Asia (as scouts are one of the few land units that can go in Jungle)
warriors are better scouts then scouts... (in RFC they have the same movement)
