Meanwhile Al-Rashid commanded the Indian garrisons to occupy the remnants of the collapsed Para Empire. The cities of Thiruvananthapuram and Pitikapuram were attached to the Caliphate without meaningful resistance by their citizens. The Arabian Caliphate now covered the whole Indian Peninsula and faced now real threats in Asia.
The power of the Caliphate was growing and the emissaries from the Holy Islamic Empire came to meet Al-Rashid in Bagdad with interesting proposition. The Holy Islamic Empire was in a desperate situation as had been attacked by Triparti Alliance formed by the Kingdom of France, the Islamic Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Russian Empire. Viking raiders were also looting the northern parts of the Empire. The Empire's armies were outnumbered and they couldn't fight the enemies on all fronts, thus they came to seek Arabian protection, as the Caliphate of Arabia was the only nation powerful enough to save them.
Al-Rashid eagerly accepted to protect the Holy Islamic Empire from the Islamic-Jewish Triparti Alliance in order to increase Arabia's influence in Europe. The Holy Islamic Empire agreed to become a vassal of the Arabian Caliphate and Al-Rashid declared war on the Triparti Alliance. The Holy Islamic Empire was renamed as the Sultanate of Germany.
After the Arabian Caliphate vassalised the Holy Islamic Empire, the Viking Union promised not to raid northern Germany as they didn't want any quarrel with the Caliphate.
In 1485AD a massive Arabian Army crossed the border to France and attacked a significant Frankish city of Bordeaux. The Arabian army was extremely well trained and consisted of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Egyptian and Lebanese Camel Riders Regiments. The army was lead by the 1st Riders of Makkah commanded by Harun al-Rashid himself.
Although Bordeaux was well defended and fortified, it fell instantly in front of the superior Arabian Army. However, it was rumoured that the Arabian minority, instructed by Harun al-Rashid's spy, in Bordeaux opened one the city gates and let the Riders in, after which the Frankish defenders had no chance to repel the attack. Bordeaux fell.
However, meanwhile in the Sultanate of Germany a Frankish army, lead by the King of France himself Charles Martel, attacked the city of Frankfurt and captured it. When the word of this reached Harun al-Rashid, he collected his best men with him and rode towads Hessen. Al-Rashid arrived at Frankfurt couple weeks later and the Frankish soldiers were still looting the city. Al-Rashid caught them by a surprise and massacred Charles Martel's Army within couple of hours. Charles Martel himself was killed in action. Frankfurt was liberated under the Sultanate's control.
The fighting continued and the Sultanate of Germany managed to capture Rostock from the Netherlands with Harun Al-Rashid's assistance. However, this was only the last nail to the coffin as France had lost their main army together with the beloved King and Russian Empire wasn't able to assist her allies.
Thus in 1523AD Harun Al-Rashid, now the Caliph of Arabia, received the unconditional surrender from France and they were vassalised as the Sultanate of France. One by one the other members of the Triparti Alliance signed peace with the Caliph, who dictated the terms for peace. A peace treaty was also signed with Mongolia, which declared war on the Caliphate earlier due to Al-Hadi's expansions to Uzbek Lands.
The Arabian Caliphate had won the war and gained control of the heartlands of Europe. The Caliphate was mightier than ever. Thus in order to honor the memory of his brother, Harun Al-Rashid compiled Al-Hadi's maps of the world in to an Atlas, updated it and published it as the Atlas of Arabia.
