If it is, it's almost certainly The Bruce. At least it rules out Sir William Wallace, who funnily enough was never the ruler of Scotland.

He was Guardian of Scotland during an Interregnum Period, but he never had a crown.

I was watching the Quill18 stream and how did the Campus adjacency card get him from 30 something to 56 science per turn? If the campus district for Korea is isolated, besides farm adjancency bonus how did that give him such a huge boost? He reacted as if he broke the game and that Firaxis needs to fix that before release. Everyone in the chat went crazy as well. Seems too much of a boost to me, espcially since this is way before Enlightment civic.

The biggest change that hits me the hardest is that you must have a market in the Commercial Hub District, before you get an extra trade route and ditto for Harbor district (need a lighthouse first). That really, really changes most of my strategy on the first 25-75 turns. Not sure how I feel about it right now. Maybe there will be a way to bring up our economy before those come on line, or if it will be a net nerf to big economy early on, that we have to just deal with. Perhaps it can be made up with Emergencies or Gov Reyna the Financier.
