Well, only Russia, France, Austria, and Africa have publically declared themselves members of AFTA. But it should still be useful to know who can be trusted.
Let's do the math, and see if we can figure out who stole from Austria.
Africa started with $20, built 2 fleets=6, 2 towns=4, 1 army=2, 1 base=3, total 15. That left $5 for trade. If none of that was stolen, that would be $10 coming back from trade. We can see from the GM's post that Africa earns $10 from income on board. Upkeep would be 5 units, so $5. So if Africa didn't save any money, didn't steal anything, and didn't get anything stolen, Africa would have $10+$10-$5=$15, which is what Africa has. Looks good for an honest Africa.
Now let's look at Turkey. Turkey started with $11, built 1 army for $2, 1 military base for $3. That would leave $6 to trade, which would double to $12 if nothing was stolen. We can see from the GM's post that Turkey earns $6 on the board. Turkey also has 3 armies, for $3 upkeep. So if Turkey stole nothing, saved nothing, and got nothing stolen, Turkey would have $12+$6-$3=$15. In fact, Turkey seems to have $17. So it actually looks like Turkey got $2 from stealing from others.
But wait, let's see if Austria is telling the truth. Austria started with $5, built 1 army for $2, and traded $3. If Austria is telling the truth, and $1 was stolen, only $4 trade should have come back. Austria earns $9 on the board, has 3 armies for $3 upkeep, so should have $4+$9-$3=$10. Which Austria has. So yes, it also does look like an honest Austria has been robbed for $1.
(Of course that doesn't explain where Turkey got the other $1.

)
Turkey, can you explain where your funds came from?
