Those big leafy plants are strange graphics to represent incense (can't find an example of what it may actually be... Patchouli??), which is typically represented with iconic ones like frankincense or myrrh; especially if it's still primarily a desert luxury (most likely, because there aren't too many of them).
Well, at least it makes it very easy to mod-in tobacco.
Check out the mini-map at 1:01 in the Aztec video.
There's a purple city-state just north of Tenochtitlan. But just north of it is another city. It doesn't appear to be a city-state. The field is not black.

If you look just below the strategic resources it seems as though you can see a bit of their borders too. It looks a little like the Iroquois colours from Civ V to me, so perhaps it's one of the new civs? It's hard to be sure though.
Because this is a single figure, I think she is probably some kind of Great Person (rather than a Missionary, Apostle or Inquisitor). A Great Writer would be the obvious guess.
In the Aztec video at the 49 second mark there appears to be fish in a lake. I don't think we've seen fish in a lake since perhaps Civ I, IIRC. That would be kind of neat if fish in lakes were a thing in Civ VI.
Or Jane Austen. But it does make me wonder whether there will be male and female models for Great People. Kind of hard to have Mark Twain with that model.

Makes sense. I think the requirement that Work Boats must be built in a port city was probably what prevented fish in lakes previously. With Fishing Boats being built by embarked Builders now, that's no longer a problem.
Well that confirms my theory that the technology that unlocks a district will also unlock the first building in the district. We knew writing allows the construction of a campus due to the unstacking cities first look. Earlier than that, we had seen only the blank icons of the features unlocked when discovering writing in the first gameplay video.
First building in Encampment is either Barracks OR Stable. Stable is unlocked by different tech (something like Horseback Riding), so the rule is at least not strict.
Since noboy mentioned it already, in the Aztec video there appears to be a sea resource, which I cannot identify as one of the one previously shown. At 1:42 - 1:43 it can be seen. From the video:

I agree that it is not clear to see. I checked pearls already and that seemed more dense and glittery to me. Could be caused that the resource is far away though. But especially the brownish thing there made me think it would be something else than pearls.
