I love the new KSP parts! The power is amazing and they look more realistic too.

I wish that they'd update all their parts to look more realistic like a couple mods do. It would help with immersion.

I do like the new 1m tanks over the old ones, I don't mind keeping those. I think the 2m tanks need some work (the standard-sized one with the vertical line-white texture looks okay, but the other "drum" styles could be changed to match the 3.75m style), and we desperately need fairings in the core game.

The 3.75m tanks are amazingly well-designed and powerful. My old 7-mainsail, 18-booster system can be simplified to just 1 quad core plus boosters.

Looks kinda like it, now that you mention it. Kinda like a tiny flattened Soyuz on top of a big Apollo CSM.

More than anything, it was an excuse to try the bigger 3.75m equipment in deep space. My original design had a 2m orange tank and a smaller engine, but I didn't know if it was enough to capture the asteroid and push it back into orbit.

Started a clown character in CDDA with no starting items but high attributes and survival skill intending to do a wilderness survivalist run (Theres a sort of overlap in skill of a survivalist and a clown... right?..). Running around in search of a river or sustainable water source to set up my base I came across a bunch of dead scientists who had some bottles of mutagen...

I seem to be mutating into some sort of werewolf. Now I'm off to live out my newfound nature as a carnivorous wolf-clown in the wilds. Also, the creators of CDDA seem to think a person with snout and stubby tail is hot enough to make them go from ugly to pretty . Now I sort of wish I had taken the cannibal trait and turned NPC's on.

Love it when these sort of games throw unexpected, but very fitting twists like this at you.

That's really cool: I've always though that we should be developing technology for Asteroid mining and other practical applications like that. Hell, that even looks like I'd expect first-generation asteroid mining ships to look like, if it were designed using technology available right now.
